Labradorite is a feldspar mineral known for its schiller effect, also known as labradorescense. This effect is what gives this magnificent crystal its spectacular array of brightly colored flashing. Usually found with blue flashes, it can also be found with green, yellow, orange, and rarely, purple flashes.
This item is approximately 2.75" wide and weighs 200g.
This interesting raw piece has a beautiful pearly white sheen as well as a stunning, bright yellow and orange flash. There is also some blue and green flash on another side of this piece. This raw chunk would make a gorgeous addition to any collection.
